Also come in with a game plan again of your starting weight and then if you hit your starting weight, what your second and third lifts would look like and if you miss your starting weight what your second and third lifts may look like.
*** we are also going to hit a nice little stretching and conditioning piece just to get you a little sweaty but nothing to exert you !!! I promise 🙂
